If you’ve attended an appointment with me at Home Base, you can manage your bookings online via the Patient Portal.

The portal allows you to view, reschedule, or cancel upcoming appointments. You can also access your invoices and keep track of your sessions for Medicare purposes.

Access to the portal is by invitation. After your first appointment, you will receive an email with a link to set up your account.
