Triple P Fear-Less (For parents of anxious children)

Triple P Fear-Less is an evidence-based parenting program for caregivers of children experiencing anxiety and excessive worry. In individual sessions, the program is tailored to your child’s specific fears, patterns of avoidance, and developmental stage.

Informed by social learning theory, cognitive-behavioural principles, and attachment theory, Triple P Fear-Less supports caregivers to understand how anxiety operates and to apply practical strategies directly to real-life situations within their family.

Delivered individually, this 6- session program allows strategies to be shaped around your child and family, with guidance and support as you apply them in real life. Caregivers can expect to:

    • Develop a clearer understanding of how anxiety presents in their child, including the patterns that keep it going

    • Build practical skills for responding to anxiety in calm and consistent ways, tailored to their family context

    • Learn how to support gradual exposure to feared situations using real, everyday examples

    • Practise coaching their child through anxious moments, with 1:1 support from a practitioner

    • Reflect on how caregiver responses influence children’s confidence and learning over time

    • Gain confidence implementing strategies through ongoing professional guidance, feedback, and troubleshooting
