Therapy for Adults.

I offer individual therapy for adults who are finding aspects of life difficult. Sessions provide a quiet, confidential space to slow things down, be understood, and begin to make sense of what’s happening.

Therapy is shaped around you as a person, your valued relationships, and your life experiences - not just your syptoms. We take time to notice the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, as well as what has helped you survive, adapt, and keep going.

Therapy is rarely a quick fix or linear process. It requires care, effort, and commitment from both of us. Meaningful change depends on the work we are able to do together over time.

The aim of this approach is not only symptom relief, but something more enduring. Through repeated and carefully supported experiences of being safely and attunedly met, new ways of relating to yourself and others can begin to take shape.
