Parenting Programs.
“The most important and enduring influence in a child's life are found in their relationships with their caregivers.”
Evidence-based parenting programs are designed to honour the innate wisdom within every parent, and to build skills that last.
Rather than needing your child to return to therapy for each new challenge they experience, these programs support caregivers to develop understanding, confidence, and tools you can use again and again as your child develops.
In this way, the work becomes less about solving a single child adjustment or behavioural problem, and more about equipping parents to navigate the ongoing work of parenting - with fewer challenges, and greater reward.
Home Base Psychology only offers parenting programs that are backed by robust research and that I am fully trained in and accredited to provide.
